By purchasing from Romi The Brand, you are explicitly agreeing to the terms of our Return & Exchange Policy.
We do not offer refunds to your original payment method. All sales are final.
We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or store credit

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

Reason for the exchange
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We’ll cover the shipping for your first exchange. For any additional exchanges, shipping charges will apply.
RETURN PACKAGING
All returns must be packed securely using standard packaging (a sturdy box or protective envelope). Items returned without proper packaging or in unsellable condition may incur a restocking fee or be denied.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at 📩 romi@genxint.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace the item, offer an exchange, or issue store credit if a replacement isn’t available.
