SHIPPING METHODS

We ship within the U.S. via UPS and USPS, and use DHL for all international orders.
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $150 (excluding international shipping).

DUTIES & TAXES

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. These are not included in your purchase or shipping costs.

For U.S. orders:
As we’re based in Florida, sales tax will be applied to orders shipping within Florida. Orders to all other U.S. states are currently tax-free (subject to confirmation).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept refunds.

We offer exchanges or store credit only, under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

• Exchanges are subject to availability

• All shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
